The risks
Horse riding is an inherently dangerous activity. Risks include but are not limited to: falling, being bitten, kicked, thrown, or injured due to the unpredictable behaviour of horses.
- By taking part, you accept that you ride at your own risk.
- The organisers have taken reasonable steps to ensure your safety, but it is impossible to remove all risks.
- Helmets and appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage.
By participating, you confirm that you have read and understood the risks involved.
Your declaration
By accepting this waiver as part of your booking:
- I confirm that I understand the risks of horse riding and archery.
- I agree that I participate voluntarily and at my own risk.
- I accept that the organisers cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
- I confirm that I am medically fit to ride.
How you accept this
When you book a place through this website you are asked to tick a box confirming you have read and accept this waiver. Your booking cannot be submitted without it, and your acceptance is recorded against your booking along with the date and time.
A copy of this waiver is attached to your booking emails so you can keep it for your records. If anything here is unclear, or your circumstances change before the event, email abuobaydahalyafawe@gmail.com before you attend.
